Wed, 03/11/2009 - 21:18 My situation is similar to Sara's and the screen is still blank. When I turn it back on again, I hear this whirring fan noise from my ps3 when it starts up [the usual "start-up" noise] but then it quickly fades away. The power button light was red, i pressed the button and waited until i heard the second beep.. then my tv remained blank. I tried turning it back on again but it didn't work. Please help.
